Pet Policy
We can’t wait to welcome you and your pets home! The Banks is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A pet fee of $400 applies for one pet, or $600 for two, along with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
